real estate QR code

Keep the property details current. Keep the sign.

A brochure gets revised. A viewing moves online. A listing is sold. Give each property a QR destination you can update as the listing changes.

A workflow for property listings.

01

Choose the next action

Send a buyer to the listing details, a public brochure or a viewing-booking page. A single clear destination works better than asking them to search your homepage for the property.

02

Label each code by property and placement

Use names such as ‘Oak Street sign’ and ‘Oak Street brochure’. Separate codes help you compare total requests from different placements, although repeats and bots are included.

03

Update the next step when the listing changes

Edit the destination when a brochure is revised or viewings close. After a sale, you can point to a clear sold notice or relevant enquiry page. Check the destination before reusing a printed sign.

Before you print

  • Use only property information and photographs you are permitted to publish.
  • Avoid personal documents or private seller information in public PDFs.
  • Test the code at the distance and size people will actually scan.
  • Give each property a descriptive code name so updates reach the right listing.

Can an old sign point to a different property?

An editable QR can change destination, but the printed description should still be accurate. Update or replace misleading text on the sign. QRToolset changes the destination, not the information already printed around it.
