QRToolset is built and maintained by Kartik Labhshetwar. It turns links, text, Wi-Fi details, WhatsApp numbers, UPI IDs and Google review links into QR codes you can save and use.
Static QR codes need no account and no payment. Add your details, check the live preview and download PNG, SVG, PDF or EPS. Colors, gradients, shapes and logo uploads are part of the free tool. The generator works on phones and computers, with ten interface languages.
Your file is yours to use
Every static code contains your details directly. The saved image has no built-in expiry or scan cap, and scanning it does not depend on a QRToolset redirect. Its destination still needs to work.
To change what a static code points to, edit the details here and download a new file. If you need the printed code to stay the same while its destination changes, that is what the paid plans are for.
Where the paid plans start
Pro and Business add editable QR destinations: update the link or swap the hosted file, and the printed code keeps working. They also show visit trends for your editable codes, and deliver hosted files directly without the free preview page.
Some things are genuinely not here. There is no bulk or spreadsheet import, no team seats, no custom domains and no public generation API. Visit counts include repeat requests and bots, so they are not unique people or sales. If you need those, another product will serve you better.
Private where it matters
QR generation happens in your browser. The fields you type and the finished QR image are not uploaded. Files you deliberately upload for a PDF, audio, video or gallery code are stored on our servers and are public to anyone holding the link.
Anyone with an exported code can read its contents, including a Wi-Fi password. Share private connection details carefully. We use website analytics to understand visits, separately from QR generation. Our privacy policy explains analytics, cookies and hosting.
