From registration to the final programme, an event has more than one destination. Keep attendees on the right page as schedules and information change.
Event poster → registration page → final programme → feedback form
A workflow for events & organisers.
01
Match the QR to the moment
Use a calendar QR for a date people should save. Use a website or PDF QR for registration, a programme or venue information. Calendar details are stored in the QR itself, so printed calendar codes cannot be updated remotely.
02
Publish an accessible destination
A programme should open on a phone without a login. Include venue directions and a contact route. If you upload a PDF, use clear text and keep it small enough to load on mobile data.
03
Update printed destinations deliberately
For a poster that must outlast registration, create an editable URL QR. Change its destination to the current programme and, later, to a feedback form. Keep older information available when attendees still need it.
Before you print
Test public access without your organiser login.
Check dates, time zones and map links on the destination page.
Keep personal attendee lists and private tickets out of publicly shared files.
Use a stable fallback page when registration closes.
Does this include ticketing or attendance check-in?
No. QRToolset shares links and files, and can create calendar QR codes. Link to your existing ticketing or registration service for purchases, attendee access and check-in. Visit totals do not establish attendance.
